Are the ‘bloody bits’ overlays? I can’t imagine outside of a horror movie an autopsy table in an abandoned hospital having fresh blood on it.

Yes, it happened to a friend of mine. It’s horrible. An ex of mine took a video of me having a panic attack once and told me if I did it again he’d get my kids taken away. People are garbage.
