I have been looking for a copy of the poster for YEARS. I couldn't remember the name, but earlier this year I found some pics that someone had uploaded to the Internet Archive (that have now apparently disappeared - spooky!) that confirmed its existence and its name. (2/X)

Looking for some help locating a holy grail. In 1989, The Sunday Times ran a promotion called "The Great Ghost Hunt". An illustrated poster of famous British hauntings came free with the paper, and in the following weeks they published quiz questions relating to the various spooky happenings. (1/X)

One and done weirdo Bloodthirst, also bald. Plus I think the original Bloodsport (the non-white supremacist one) was bald beneath his bandana, and Toyman after they may him a grimdark child killer.

You've got to hand it to the likes of Earl Norem painting promo artwork for 80s toy-lines - you give them an impossible brief like "He-Man is embroiled in a war between good and evil robot animals who are also meteor eggs" and they churn out a masterpiece
So... it's a promotional painting for a line of toys from the 1980s, called Meteorbs. They were part of the Masters of the Universe toy line. In the foreground, a cluster of robotic eggs have crash-landed from the sky, and are starting to transform into animals, including a gorilla, a rhino, and vaguely reptilian / dinosaurian creatures. They look shadowy and sinister. In the background, He-Man, a muscular barbarian character, is leading a charge towards the creatures in the foreground. He is surrounded by heroic robotic egg-animals, including a mammoth, a man, and some not clearly defined mammalian entities. All of these creatures are wreathed in smoke and flame and are descending from the sky like meteors. In the far background, red mountains and blue sky are visible. It is quite a scene. The painting is by Earl Norem.

Also, just stumbled across this fantastic promo piece by Bisley which I've never seen before.
