Change my eating habits and going to the gym 3-4 times a week focusing on strength training. Light weight more reps. I workout until I feel tired but thats just my way. Biggest thing was me being consistent and falling in love with the process not the results. Results will come with consistency

Qatar is a safe haven for terror organizations and this is known to the entire world. Saudi Arabia gets way with a lot due to their influence over oil prices. The Saudi Government Qatar and Iran are in the same boat to me.
