I don’t disagree that churches should be taxed. But what is a church other than the people who belong to it? Anyway, my response was just a statement of fact to address the post that the Mormon church isn’t helping the hungry.

Actually, I volunteer at our local food bank and the Mormon church has been the most generous of the churches. Like a semi truck full of food generous. They also volunteer a lot. I am not into their religion but be careful of your assumptions. I appreciate the good they are doing.

Absolutely true. The Indian IT workers will work for a lot less pay, and THAT is the reason tech companies covet the H1 visas so highly. The requirement to first try to hire US workers is rarely seriously followed.
