i can’t get behind people saying alan wake 1 plays better than 2 at ALL lmao
2 has its issues but 1 has a WOAT-ass dodge while having relentless fucking enemy spawns that really feel like remedy was either scared of having more quiet moments or a microsoft exec was demanding they have more combat

i feel like modern console games having graphics & performance modes with the former arbitrarily being hard locked at 30 fps is one of those things that’s gonna age like ass with every successive gen/midgen refresh until somebody realizes frame rate caps should really be a separate toggle

since the "google is now training gemini on your email contents" thing keeps bumping around here: it's _not happening_. I say this not to defend google but because I know a lot of people that have broken their filtering and made their lives much more annoying from sheer misinformation.
extremely funny how nintendo’s solution for upping hidden mansion mode’s difficulty in the PAL ver. of luigi’s mansion included adding so many ghosts into certain rooms that sometimes their sfx peaks & clips out when they spawn in cus the engine can’t handle that many sound sources at once
