Yeah, I had rage also at the start, but apparently when people endure the adjustment period, life feels like it suddenly opened up. It's comforting to know I'm not alone 😭

i can only hope the adjustment period comes to an end soon. othewise i fear i will ruin things for myself. i don't have anywhere to ask for help either, nor would i get it anyway. the downside of making yourself small when you struggle is you don't get taken seriously when you really do need help

this scribble is about the sharp negative feelings caused by my meds. they make me want to destroy anything at the slightest frustration, wreck my projects, wipe my online presence. i feel disgusted at the things i share of myself, draw, the people i keep despite knowing logically i love them
