It was hilariously stupid. The only way to keep the front wheels on the ground was both front seats occupied, and any passengers pressed against the bulkhead behind them. But, it did sound nice.

When we were in high school, one of my sister's bfs had one of these, with Corvair power. It was almost impossible to keep the fronts on the ground. You want what you want.

1985, with 'proper' multi-port fuel injection. Black over grey, surgically clean, bought from the 1st owner. Surprisingly inexpensive to run. WAY cheaper than the 944 that preceded it. And, the Plymouth was a total Bluesmobile. If a Bluesmobile could consume gasoline as fast as you could pee.

Outside his constituents and the terminally online, I'd be surprised if any significant number of people know or care who he is. And, of the ones who are aware of him, a non-zero number probably couldn't pick him out of a lineup. The terminally online regime is a poor judge of what lands broadly.

I thought it was amusing that after years of moralizing against LGBTQ+ in general, and gay marriage in particular, that he played the 'please respect my privacy in this difficult time' when she pulled the plug. I tracked him down and told him I hoped she took him to the cleaners.

Besides his constituents and the terminally online, I'd bet serious money that the vast, overwhelming majority of the public have no idea who he is. And a non-zero amount of the ones who do couldn't pick him out of a line-up.

I had never heard of this person before this morning. Now, I'm interested because she's getting deservedly bodied for a really bad take, which is always fun to watch. But if I ever see anything on my feed direct from her, it's instablock.

The 1st Vega got totaled in a crash before it could become unreliable. The 2nd one burned so much oil we never bothered with oil changes, just added a quart when filling gas like it was an old Saab. The final straw the firewall rust got to the heater core, and the car filled up with green steam.

We'd had two Vega wagons which actually would have been pretty decent cars if they hadn't been built so poorly. Then this monstrosity came along. All I remember is, on the V8 versions, the motor had to be disconnected from the mounts and lifted up to change the rear spark plugs.
