My response to literally every single thing that Trump administration does is: "Christ, what an asshole."
I enjoyed the non-infringing replacement Cheers theme music there.

I didn't think it was possible for this to be a thing, but—Pete Davidson, those AI commercials are embarrassing.

Can Get Up/ESPN please get rid of the two idiots who parachute in every Thursday? They are bad.

What's the over/under on Cy Young Awards in the career of Paul Skenes?

Starting the bidding at 3.

Does anyone know where I can find outtakes of the photo shoot that led to this album cover?

No idea about the facts, but I bet the reason Emmanuel Clase engaged in illegal baseball activities was that he needed to be able to tell himself that he was so great a pitcher that he could be successful in his job even after conceding the first pitch to the batter on occasion.

Until the emergence of the shrieking beverage-hawking brat in the latest commercial, it never occurred to me to think of the Fansville of the Dr. Pepper ads as an idealized fascist society — but it surely is that.

if you see this, post an album cover with a motor vehicle on it.

Such a treat for this fan of YOU'RE THE WORST to see Allan McLeod pop up in the opening sections of Pluribus. Too bad the framework of the show precludes any future activities for that character.
November 8, 2025 at 4:30 PM
The incessant references to Rhea Seehorn's bottomless talent obscure a far more important aspect of Pluribus, which is that she is perfectly suited to play this specific character.

Seehorn was born to deliver withering Gilligan invective, which makes her supremely qualified for this gig.

I love that Pluribus had such a strong pilot but the true excitement here derives from Episode 2.

Stated differently, one of the best pilots ever — and then goes up from there.
November 8, 2025 at 3:20 PM
We should have known that if you gave Vince Gilligan five years, he would come up with the best show ever made.

It would be reasonable to conclude from this game that punting is meaningless.

It's kind of great that the all-time NHL goals leader is missing one of his front teeth.
