Thank you all so, so much for your help. Now, if you'll excuse me... I have an insane queue to chip away at. ^^;

Full disclosure, this will take me quite a while to work through. You can check out my progress on Trello!

Wish you could put your OC in your favorite show?

Ever wanted to see how your favorite 2D characters looked if they were several hundred pounds heavier, or a blimp, or turning into an animal?

Well you're in luck! Cuz I'm officially open for $45 EDIT COMMS!

If you head over to Tumby Bay on wPlace (Southern Australia, you can't miss it), you may just spot a familiar face... 👀

Big thank you to everyone who helped to finish converting this INCREDIBLE piece by the lovely @forbic.bsky.social! This took a deceptively enormous amount of pixels to finish...
A screenshot of wPlace, showing Watermelon, an obese leopard gecko, striking a pose that shows off his belly, which is tearing apart his tight shirt. Beneath it, "ART BY FORBIC, SONA BY WATERMELON" is written.
wtrmlnthgcko.bsky.social
Oh my goodness you have no idea how helpful that is, it takes up SO many pixels ;-;

"Hrk...! I should have known that stash of Perfect Apples was a trick... I can't fit through the dungeon halls! I hope my belly size resets once I leave here. Somehow..."

Poor Treecko couldn't help but get a bit too gluttonous and has expanded his belly size well beyond 100! By @forbic.bsky.social!
A pixel art piece of a Treecko, a grass-type gecko Pokémon with a red belly, green scales, and two green tails, in the style of the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon games. The Treecko is several times its original size, wedged within a hallway inside a Mystery Dungeon. He tries in vain to squirm through, his cheeks bulging as he squints, his belly squished into the ground.

(Also, not a movie, but definitely gonna replay Alien: Isolation for the spooky season.)
wtrmlnthgcko.bsky.social
Gonna rewatch John Carpenter's The Thing (again), gonna watch that new movie Shelby Oaks, and probably gonna rewatch a whooole lotta the Alien movies!

I get where you're coming from, yeah. While it has been established that the things that happen in Silent Hill can happen anywhere (as far back as SH3!), the usual common thread is the town itself, and even when games start elsewhere, they usually end up there. Except in 4, but 4 is *weird*.
wtrmlnthgcko.bsky.social
Eh, not the first time the series hasn't been set in the actual town. Silent Hill 4 flat-out had nothing in the actual town of Silent Hill.

Also, just to be clear, f was always intended to be an SH game, albeit a different take on one! I do think it's worth a shot.
wtrmlnthgcko.bsky.social
It's very, very, VERY tangentially related to the rest of the franchise in terms of actual story and lore (the connections are there, but they're very much not the focus), but that exploration of the taboo, the symbolism of everything, the feeling of dread and discomfort, all of that is there.
wtrmlnthgcko.bsky.social
Silent Hill f takes place in Japan because the series' directors felt that it was losing a lot of its original Japanese feel, so for this entry they decided to just completely lean into that Japanese horror instead.

Having played it, I can safely say it still feels like a proper Silent Hill to me.

The full moon is alluring when you end up in a totally new form...~

Thank you so much, Ben~

...suddenly, I'm thinking of Melon in some very proper attire. Which, coincidentally, is exceptionally ill-fitting despite being specially tailored to him.

Well, it's Pi Day! You know what that meeeeans. 💜💙

A wonderful birthday piece (from last year) by my friend @fattydragonite.bsky.social. Feels appropriate to share today, for some reason. *shrug*

"H-heh... Hey, good to see you! Mind helping me out? There was a bit of an accident in the research bay... Containment breach, and all that.

...whaddya mean my belly's turning blue?"

Lovely work here by the excellent @reppu.bsky.social!

"Time to ramp up the pressure!"

"M-mmhrph?!"

Instantly, even more of the sweet, thick liquid pumped into the gecko's maw, accelerating his weight gain even further. Grasping a handful of his swelling belly, Melon's whimpers were drowned out by gulps and gurgles...

A digital art piece of Watermelon, an obese leopard gecko, being tube-fed and gaining immense weight as a result. His thighs are immensely thick, his moobs rest atop a giant gut, and his cheeks bulge with the fluid rushing from the hose. As he grasps a handful of his belly's flab, someone out of view says, "Time to ramp up the pressure!"

Plus it's fun to see those old styles of clothing get stretched out. Aristocratic fashion looks good when all the volume is taken up by the person's own volume.

When calling your reps denanding they block/repeal age/ID laws, mentioning how many of these laws on fact BLOCK CSA victins from support is something you should do!

We can "think of the children" right back at them

To give you an idea of how much they "care" about protecting children online.

Out of all states that have approved an age/ID verification bill, none have exemptions for CSA victims to access support groups. MO only forces adult sites to show a helpline number.

Colors for bill consequences:
In red: Risk of chilling effect, children may be blocked off CSA and self harm support groups.
In purple: Has limited mention for support networks, but no exemptions.

Colors for status:
In green: Bill blocked in this session.
In yellow: Pending.
In gray: No active bill in this session.
