Working more on refining the face, mouth and lips for the new avatar base, its been great to revisit these shapes after almost 4 years since I made my current base.

Trying new methods for 3d fluff. On the right my current spiky fluff in higher res. Left trying a more layered fluff I can cut pieces into and make more irregular shapes, liking the start of it so far.
I feel getting the fluff right is like 80% of 3d avatar modeling.

Floppy dog ears can be real tricky to look just right, the wedge shape they create when at rest is the most important part. Here are the floppy ears on a base I am working on. Hope that helps a bit!

Been wanting to draw more of my D&D character Allarion. Despite being a warlock he was raised in the feywild has a proclivity for life and growth, having learned druidcraft and displaying it here with a few wildflower seeds he always keeps in his pack.
