The point is to not constantly conjure the Nazis as the bogey man. To not render invisible the systemic violence of American white people, or Europeans (same same really).

And it serves to obscure who is responsible for this level of systemic violence. It is always the boogie man. It is always the other. The axis of evil and the allies are the same thing and yet we play into the discourse.
