Hi, just a quick announcement, my old anti-AI list has now been upgraded to a general anti-art thieves list! ✨
My reasoning for this is that the two aren't that different, AI art is theft, and art theft is an attempt to deceive you to make you think they created something.

Put your med refills on your calendar and refill them as soon as possible to build up extra (good practice in general but it's hard with executive disfunction).
Even in Washington State, my health insurance cost is going up 23% next year and it's only gonna get worse.

If you are not a person in imminent danger from medical system changes—you can also buy Plan B and the pill (which is OTC). Have it for folks in your life who may need it. Hang onto non-expired prescription meds — without the ACA, med access and some availability is going to get bad for many.
