So apparently, Coke took an iconic christmas ad and just redid it with AI slop. Lacking all the charm and magic of the original aside from a wav file of it's music that's hastily slapped onto the timeline.

Do I even need to explain why this looks awful?
This shot is from the original version of the commercial. Take note of the direction and elements that formed this majestic shot. The camera's placement, the lights, and the coke trucks that drive across the bridge. Simple, but beautiful and effective. And here's the AI version Coke just released. It looks like shit. The shot itself may look nice and christmas-ey on first glance, but everything quickly starts to fall apart once you examine it (and every other AI shot in this sad excuse of a remake) more closely. Not to mention, it looks painfully generic and derivative of any other modern commercial. This and the Toys R Us one perfectly showcase why using AI for your ads is objectively horrible. Without the human touch or any actual humans present, what's the point?
