I have never seen these gates open until I was infused. They whirred and the walls began to pry open; when I entered, I was washed and steamed, she said this is protocol to keep out external hazards.
I can hear the faint scrapes of metal beyond the gate. I need to tread carefully.

My home has been overgrown by what looks like a parasitic entity, it devours anything that gets too close.

I will travel past the fortress engulfed in shadows, I am told to have someone waiting for me there who will offer further direction.

My cycles left here in the exterior are few, I was told to make my way further from this superstructure if I wanted to live.

The skies have gotten progressively darker. I estranged from my pack, whether they choose to stay is not my concern.

Next cycle, I run.
