This is an old Dilbert cartoon where Dilbert is in cave man times and is getting a tour of a "company" and the tour guide introduces Dilbert to the "random number generator" that only outputs nines. Dilbert questions the randomness of this and the guide responds "That's the problem with randomness, you can never be sure".
