What an unexpected and pleasant surprise is receiving the Israel Chemical Society Excellent Young Scientist Prize. Thank you!
Would have never happened without my amazing students and incredible department and colleagues.

Very few things make me prouder than having Jacob and @yotamfe.bsky.social's paper published today in JCP in the special issue honoring one of my personal heroes, Abraham Nitzan.

Abe is a giant of theoretical chemistry (in Israel and globally) and an inspiration to us all.

Periodic boundary conditions for bosonic path integral molecular dynamics
We develop an algorithm for bosonic path integral molecular dynamics (PIMD) simulations with periodic boundary conditions (PBC) that scales quadratically with t

Breaking Mechanical Holography in Combinatorial Metamaterials started from Naomi Spiro’s undergraduate summer project and Ofri Palti’s highschool final project. Breaking the link between the lattice's boundary & inside allows to design deformation texture on the entire boundary.

I can say from personal experience that this video is not quite as good as listening to Vesna for 14 minutes straight but it's still extremely fabulous

Had a great time talking with Martin about the various astonishments I've experienced while thinking hard on invariant inference and finding myself studying learning theory. Also: SAT solving for metamaterials w/ @yairshokef.bsky.social, and the joys of feeling stupid. Hope you'll enjoy it.
