Yeah usually new staff should be trained for their job before they begin to work.
Sadly it's more and more common, that someone gets more and more subjects to work the longer they stay in the company.

But I haven't told nievaris about your job so far, so I can't say how it ist at your job.

I'd say it highly depends on the kind of errors that Happens.
But on the first I'd give him some learning lessons or Put him to a co-worker who helps him get rid of the Errors.

Thanks for organising auch a great convention. Sadly I only attended GLC only once some years ago, I had a great time.
