Reflection from today & what I’ve learned thus far💜

This fight has never been about undocumented people. Take a look at how they are treating American citizens.

Minnesota has always been a welcoming place for immigrants and it will continue to be 💜

Last week I had the absolute honor of joining @cnn.com to talk me winning the politician of the year award with @oneyoungworld.bsky.social and to talk about @zohrankmamdani.bsky.social ‘s historic election and what it means for young people across the country 💜

We’re officially in the third week of a government shutdown, and federal workers continue to have to show up to work every day without pay.

@emmagreenman.bsky.social, @aurinmpls.bsky.social and I are calling on Republicans to return to DC, negotiate with Democrats, and end this shutdown.

We need an assault weapons ban in Minnesota. 60% of Americans support it, and Minnesotans want to get it done.

Call your State Senator. Call your State Representative. It’s up to us to come together and make it clear that this has to be the top priority. We CAN do this.
