This is the comment I wrote about the song while listening to it on repeat haha. Part 1 OH MY GOSH. Oh my gosh. Guys!!! Guys my brain isn’t ready, I’m smiling way too hard wahhh my cheeks hurt. I’m so incredibly proud of you both! Out of this world vocal performance right here! Thank you for such a glorious song, with this immaculate performance shining in each & every line!! I can’t imagine it done any better, seriously everything within this song feels more than perfect to me! Alongside that, Zali & Milord are huge mega major oshis of mine, so I was already freaking out when this was announced- I can’t believe I’m here listening to it right now! Their vocals!! I can’t!! Too good! From them both being two of my favorites to attend karaokes of, to now having a duet original song together!? How is this the timeline I get to live in!! Thank you! I swear yo, this song’s going to be a consistent presence forever through my life, the tone is so satisfying & pinpointed. The mood of the sounds within this feels encouraging with the whirs and revving notes, determined with their gorgeously gentle yet intense vocals; like tracking down a goal while keeping a weighted realism in mind, yet soaring through it effortlessly,,, I’m so hooked?? Whether when ‘playing some battle-related videogame’, ‘hyping myself up for some irl task’, or ‘honestly goin through a tough time in life’, I can already see myself returning to the comfort & driving force of this song. I wasn’t expecting to relate so complexly to it! I’m not sure if the way I feel listening to it was intended, but I’m highly grateful that it affects me this way!! I love the concept and theming of the lyrics behind depicting this topic as well, when paired with the unique song choices for the instrumental & flow of their vocals/effects, I’m, it’s really hard to explain just how much I cherish the detail within it! I mean, do you hear that percussion??? Comment Part 2 The art of this song’s glowing in its own defined light, as if setting its own framework and surpassing even that framework’s limits yo. Wow. I feel so alive! Whether feeling the song from the conceptual sound-based way it resonates with me, or the straightforward information one can infer from the wonderfully written lyrics, Heavy Lies The Head sets a truly magnificent stage. Even the so-called-simple aspects that every song may have, I know I could endlessly rave on about regarding this one. Brilliant stuff. It’s not like this’s my predetermined favorite genre of music or songwriting, so, I’m genuinely so caught off guard by it being so unbelievably powerful in this certainty of how much I enjoy it. Definitely one of my favorite songs I’ve ever heard. Ever. I’m not exaggerating. (And I listen to lots of music, music is everything to me. Apparently I’ve listened to at least 2,649k different songs this year on YouTube alone & I wasn’t actively trying to be adventurous whatsoever, I feel like I often tend to stick with a few specific albums for long bouts of time. Seriously. This song is too good. I’m not talking strictly from a vtuber-fan standpoint, I mean from a fan of music as a whole, no matter the language; this song’s perfect to me.) The video showcases it super well! Stunning art, timing, placement of everything! Please let this music video + song live on the internet forever please I beg haha. The second I have the chance to, I’ll be locking in on following any available creator-based social media accounts of the people credited on this song to support them. Y’all are “goated”. It usually takes me a long time to get a favorite song. I love music, I don’t dislike any genre I’ve heard thus far, & I have a large “musical gold” playlist for lots of awe-inspiring music; each that’s in there I think goes above & beyond as a masterpiece of a song… But, it’s near-impossible for a song to reach my “favorite song” status! I’ve only had 5 so far through my whole life, keeping track since early childhood. This is joining them as the 6th. I’m going to have something permanent of this someday; whether it be an accessory like engraved jewelry, or another tattoo, we’ve yet to know. Either way I’m certainly happy to await it! Tysm!
