アメリカで英語を母語として育った人には、ある割合でツの音とスの音を区別できない (僕がlとrを区別できないように) 人が居て、社会全体として「ツナミ」と「スナミ」が同じ音として解釈されていると感じます。ドイツに住んでいたころにドイツ語の先生が、日本語話者はツをちゃんと発音できるのが良いと言っていましたw
