Move4Her is a charity 5K run/walk in Washington, DC to benefit the Foundation for Women's Cancer. Race day offers onsite registration, 7:30 AM check-in, a 9:15 AM warm-up, a 9:45 AM 5K start (with a 1-mile option), and post-race celebration at Freedom Plaza.
