VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS: All volunteers must be 18 years or older as of June 13, 2025. A purchased and valid attendee badge will be required. EXPECTATIONS: All volunteers will be expected to arrive on-time for their shifts, and to adhere to policies and guidelines listed in the TouhouFest 2025 Staff & Volunteer Handbook and Info & Policies as a condition of involvement with TouhouFest. Cosplay wear is allowed provided they do not inhibit the volunteer's ability to carry out job duties during the volunteer shift. No prior experience is required. Shifts will be given on a first come first serve basis, time slots are not guaranteed. Departments are not guaranteed. COMPENSATION: A minimum of 4 hours volunteer time is required for a Day pass. A minimum of 8 hours volunteer time is required for a weekend pass. If you have already purchased a pass you will need to work the minimum hours to be refunded for your pass (4 hours for compensation of a Day pass, 8 hours for compensation of a Weekend pass). No partial refunds will be provided. No meals/food will be provided. No lodging will be provided. CONFIDENTIALITY STATEMENT: All information submitted within this application will be kept strictly confidential.
