Yup. “Build more houses people want to live in” never even enters the conversation. My parents both work in real estate as mortgage brokers and I’ve had arguments about it all the time! “No I’m not going to even look at this 3bedroom condo. How do you get 3 bedrooms into 735sqft?”

-Housing was affordable
-ADEQUATE paid maternity/paternity leave was mandatory
-They didn’t go into medical debt
-Miscarriages weren’t considered murder in some states 👀

Bobby, if you have a file or database of optimal family-sized/3bedroom floorplans suited to taller buildings, I'd love to review it. We have an opportunity to develop on some municipal sites with 30-storey zoning, and want to focus on housing for working families w/ median incomes & newcomers.
