Several Benu fountain pens on a midori calendar page; the sparkly blue adtrogem in Christmas, black, purple, and silver Briolette in Luminous Orchid, purple and orange Eiphoria in October Fall, pink and sky blue Talisman in Sakura, and textural Skulls and Roses in Gamma Green.

A Benu Pixie in the colour Plum Cream, a deep purple with purple and gold shimmer against a band of gold leaf and a band of creamy pink. It’s smaller than a Kaweco Sport.

They're not even teaching it in school anymore and it's not like ruler-wielding nuns are chasing you down to make you use it. You can just not.

Everyone not mentioned here is, to my knowledge, okay as long as we ignore WW2. NOBODY was acting right in WW2.

Tho as far as good ethics go, Benu opposed Putin at great personal cost so they are my favorite.

I have poor impulse control about them.

With the understanding that wishlists for me are expansive, so they tend to get all of my magpie preferences that then get weeded to what I want/love…

Also Witches Brew, Hyacinth, Zen Sakura, several of the Pixies, a couple that I might term Corporate Goth (black, silver, elegantly edgy).

Benu pen, summer Magic, eggplant body with pink/violet shimmer, shimmering green post end, depicting a moon and a heron/flying swan/large white bird.

Benu pen, Curie. A shimmer purple body with a black gradient on the cap, decorated with sliver, pink, and lilac glitter, and silver furniture.

A hand-painted fountain pen mostly in shades of brown and tan, depicting the bennu-bird (Egyptian phoenix, more or less) with blue plumage on the cap, and the deity Thoth (with the head of an ibis wearing a moon-crown) surrounded by ibises on the body. It's resting on a dark brown background with books and papers with Egyptian symbols and a bronze model of a scarab beetle nearby.

People always ask who I don't hate, next. I don't HATE anyone but these first few, really.

But I love Benu the most for protesting Putin and having to flee Russia. And everyone else I didn't mention here is fine as far as I know, if we don't look at WW2 too closely.

Just the pens I took to work with me yesterday. I usually post these over on IG.

(I don’t post as many pictures here because I never know what to put in the alt text. 🥴)

Four fountain pens and a gel pen sitting on a desk mat.

From top to bottom:
A Tactile Turn All Star. It’s the seasonal design right now and you can get the clip engraved with a player’s name (or most anything else).

A Snifty erasable fountain pens it uses an ink that is erasable like a Pilot FriXion, and has the same sort of nub on the end. Works shockingly well.

A Stilform fountain pen. This has a magnetic cap, and two flat sides to keep it from rolling away.

A Visconti Mythos Persephone with a broad nib. Another good magnetic cap, and I really like the way this one feels.

Lastly, the new Benu Tessera. Dang this is a good pen. I love the colors, the nib, and the feel.

The Color Traveller is a little disappointing (I’ve liked all of their other inks), the Stilform is pretty nice (but way too expensive), and The Wet Pen’s Penn Cove Mussel is excellent.

Verraderlijk echt lijkende mail van zgn mijn eigen apotheek.

Denk dat ze ergens bij die grootschalige hack hebben gezien dat ik bij deze apotheek zit. Trap er niet in!

Tip: open het adres bovenin en check of dat hetzelfde is als je altijd van je eigen apotheek/bank/winkel enz krijgt.
