I've got a bad right shoulder both at the rotator cuff & somewhere under the scapula/rhomboid. Wish I had X-ray vision 😭 Tricep-anything hurt that elbow, too. Just now able to do tricep cable pushdowns & skullcrushes & delt flies annoy me atm 😂 Doing facepulls to hopefully assist delts + shoulder.

If you can manage it, I'd say to add dumbbell flyes. Incline will probably hit your shoulders hard, but that might be a replacement once you feel your front delts are getting good enough.
When you can, switch seated dips to Assisted, free, or weighted to really blast your chest and triceps.

get up every hour and do a Mussolini. Stand up, legs apart, arms akimbo, now push out your chest, and look up at the ceiling, and then side to side.

Rear delts checking in! It's been a habit for a little while now, so I am definitely entering my muscle mommy phase, haha.
Feel better than ever tbh, I try to go 3 or 4 times a week unless wiped out by illness and it really helps

when i need motivation to workout i look at pretty men and women. somehow it works wonders.

the workout program i made for myself is literally based around cloud strife too it's not really well-rounded and focuses mainly on delts arms upper back and thighs

There are several exercises to grow rear delts. Depending on whether you use a home gym or actual gym. But variations to rear delt flyes have been effective
