$GOOGL headcount ticked up to +4% y/y, highest in 9 quarters as it has digested the 2022 surge. Still at 190K, headcount flat with this point 3 years ago. That combined with strong search growth is why search margin is incredible 42.5% today vs 31.1% 3 years ago 🔥🔥
