GR8 idea💡 I'll say its from the original 20's silent film 'Shape of Water'. Originally It didn't have subtitles, so when they were added later they used a lip reader, this is the dialog they came up with. The bootleggers thought it was a catchy phrase and the rest is history 😜 Totally plausible.
