Our results suggest that the exon inclusion/skipping events in #OBSCN may be regulated by the expression of the #BUB3 gene, throughout skeletal & cardiac muscle development. (6/6)

Highly expressed in skeletal & cardiac muscles, #OBSCN is essential to #muscle function. Several OBSCN mutations associate with hypertrophic #cardiomyopathy & neuromuscular disorder. (3/6)
