Excellent meeting with Shweta from ENT, following fantastic work already done with Ian from the trust #clinicalcoding team, we were able to use #PLICSinPractice data to dive into greater depth of variations in Unit Cost, LoS, Theatres etc against national peers & between hospital sites in the trust

Really useful article, co-creation is a core output we strive for in our #PLICSinPractice programme, leveraging PLICS data to identify improvement opportunities & local SME knowledge to create the best solutions for the teams that will be delivering the care from day to day
Collaboration & co-creation aren't the same thing. If we want to do things differently in future, collaboration (working with others who might not share our goals) isn't enough.
