p.s. marvell wifi is from hell
where a realtek or intel chip from 2011 will work just fine that thing in the surface pro 2017 will refuse to connect and if it does will drop out on you every 30s, if downloading a file your bluetooth mouse becomes 10Hz

Made huge strides with my anachronistic analogue TV simulator last night!
RPi 3 TVHeadend uses two Realtek RTL2832 DVB-T tuners to get BBC1/2, ITV1, S4C, Channel 4/5 SD feeds and stream to six RPi 1s running OMXPlayer and VBIT2 for teletext.
Bonus: DVB HAT lets me watch TV anywhere on my LAN, too!

realtek HD audioのドライバを最新のものにしようとしてインストーラを立ち上げたら現版をアンインストールされた。そして対応してないって言われてパニクってて帰ってきた。ドライバは結局2018年止まりだ。

My single-tuner TVHeadend just became triple-tuner (at least for SD content)!
Had some cheap DVB-T tuners that were left unused from a project that never came together years ago. It's been so long, in fact, that one of the plastic cases disintegrated, but handily this means I can stack them neatly.

先日から悩んでいたPCの音声問題、Sonic Studio Virtual Mixer関連のドライバをRealtekドライバごと綺麗さっぱり削除したらきれいに解決できました。Realtekの光出力のウマ娘の音声不具合も解決しました。音声が頻繁に途切れて、流しているアプリ（ブラウザなりゲームなり再生ソフトなり）が固まるという生産性に影響大きい問題だっただけによかった
