I've just planned out my next two weeks of workouts. There's going to be DDPY, some running (possibly outdoors), and maybe some new things too.
I need to strictly follow this plan.
I have a lot of work to do.

I ran a practice #5k this afternoon. I did not push myself too much.
I'm not sure if the result was an example of my lack of push or an indication of how out of shape I am.
Regardless, there's only #6DaysToGo until I run a real race. I have #WorkToDo.

I ran* 2 miles today in 25:15. That's not bad for someone that is out of practice and overweight.
I don't have a lot of time to make dramatic improvements, but I'll put the work in.
There's only #27DaysToGo until my first 5K of the year.
