As an in-house leader, I know that my SMEs are doing me a huge favour, so the content team makes sure they feel appreciated and recognised for their time and expertise, and the incredible value they provide.
If I send them out to talk to an AI I'd be destroying my crossfunctional relationships.

Snow Leopard was the first major release in worked on! it was a ton of really, really satisfying perf, reliability, and architectural work. lots of crossfunctional effort. teams really came together to right the ship.

One of the main upsides of having a fully crossfunctional team is you can build in things like security, traceability, certifications etc. instead of building them upon the already developed product or service.

build teams that build together. I've been a mentor and a driver and sometimes an interim manager.

I cannot imagine accomplishing the work I have without the trust of and in the teams around me, whether they are my fellow designers or crossfunctional developers and PMs.
