This month is Men’s Health Awareness Month.
It’s a time to spotlight physical, mental and emotional wellbeing — encouraging men to speak up, check in and take charge of their health. Because looking after yourself is strength, not silence.

As part of Incendo’s #MensHealthAwarenessMonth activities, I ran a #Mindfulness & Self Acceptance workshop today.

The group worked on noticing the ‘inner critic’ voice, adding in tools to change it into an ‘inner coach’.

This #MensHealthAwarenessMonth, we are focusing on the mental health of fathers in medicine.

Men are less likely to seek help for mental health, anxiety and depression.

Remember to lean on those in your family and community as you prioritize your health.💙

June is #MensHealthAwarenessMonth, a time to highlight the importance of men prioritizing their overall health. Medicaid helps countless men access care, and we won’t stop fighting until they have access to healthcare this month and every month.

Good morning Friday, we are almost at the end of #menshealthawarenessmonth that doesn't mean that we stop having the conversations.
It is so important as men that we are able to talk about our fears and worries surrounding our physical and mental health.
