I'm seeing that in some places they are converting them to mixed-use housing/communities for seniors, which seems like a great repurposing. Everything you need in a walkable, secure community. I think the Hannah character on HBO's Hacks, lives in one in L.A. (not for seniors, obviously)

Yeah, and honestly I find it kind of inoffensive in that capacity? Idk I feel like arguing against the position of "fill cities with trees and solar panels but NOT trains NOT mixed-use buildings NOT walkable markets" is very... "Make up a guy to get mad at" behavior.

now we prepapre the saucuce..... personally i like to use ketchup mixed with some mayo. squeeze in a limeif youure feeloing Zessssty. add some salt. pepper. paprika. 5 picickeles. yhen process it all in the food processor . which you have. but if you dont just fuck the sauce up with your hands

Not happy to read this as many of my friends use THC-enhanced vapes/gummies to help with chronic pain. THC and I have never mixed well but it looks like my choice for taking the edge off chronic pain, CBD, will still be available...that is if anyone can still make $$$ selling only CBD products.
