Have made it so that if you're inside a storm, it'll get way foggier to distrupt your vision more, and make it look snowier (Will also increase the number of snow flakes)

I've also made it so that the enemies can now kinda board the vehicle and follow it along as it is driving. I say kinda as there's still work to do, but it looks promising
