If you haven't read Project 2025. You should. Def. read the section on Health and Human Services which is slated to be renamed Dept. Of Life. Do a word search on Healthcare, read the section in Dept. of Ed. It's humiliating. So there is no plan, just more destruction.

Article 1 section 5 says that each house has the authority to determine the rules of its own proceedings. Since the House has determined that the Speaker is the one to gavel in the House, how does that violate the Constitution? It was abysmal particularly that there was a crisis, but how?

Tired of hand-editing YAML files just to tell Alexa which Home Assistant devices to control? I built an automation to generate the list. It makes life simpler every time I add a new smart plug. Here's how I did it.

Even in the womb, we breathed through a tree, through the placenta—the Tree of Life, which provided us with everything we needed for life and growth. Our lungs, in cross-section, look like an upside-down tree.

Don't have a citation on hand for you, but I think the ecological inheritance section could potentially be expanded. it focuses on niche construction, and organisms can exchange information w their environment that propagates generationally w/o co-adapting a niche.

The Special Topic section of the Greater Boston Housing Report Card 2025 looks at how the state's MBTA Communities law is doing at encouraging more housing density near commuter real stations.

There is a huge amount of variation.

The American peoples’ overall ignorance of the stats surrounding SNAP and section 8 is so depressing. I realize racists & the media have contributed to the false narrative, but it’s just that we’ve had the internet for so long now…

Is this sidebar kinda patronising? Arguably. Is it a black mark that the text doesn't include one paragraph of Avatar rules if you want to ignore its advice? Yeah, that should have been present. Should the book have had a "build your own Era" section to sidestep the setting issue? Sure.
