# Adventurers Guild Membership Agreement

BETWEEN The Adventures Guild, hereinafter called "The Guild" AND

hereinafter called "The Party"

## Definitions

1. "Treasure" means any monies or goods gained while actively pursuing "Adventuring Agreements"
2. "Adventuring Agreements" are activities performed under Guild auspices.
3. "The Party" means a group with whom The Guild Members embark on Adventuring Agreements.
4. "Party Leader" is a Guild Member designated as representative of and signatory for The Party.

## Compliance with Local Authorities and Guild Justice

1. The Guild cannot supplant or override the laws of the land. Any crimes committed against a society will be answerable to that society. The Guild will not stand in the way of the normal course of justice when conducted by court recognized by The Guild Council.
2. Furthermore, The Guild does not and will not condone high-level or disreputable crimes such as murder, sexual assault, torture, extortion, dealing in illegal magics or items, or theft of rightfully gained items or materials no matter the jurisdiction.

## Guild Rank

Guild Rank is evaluated by representatives of The Guild and provided as a numerical value beginning at one (1). The Guild Member may have their Guild Rank re-evaluated by appointment at any local Guild Hall. The fee for reevaluation is five (5) silver pieces, due upon scheduling of the appointment, and is non-refundable.

## Guild Dues

Membership in and use of benefits provided by The Guild requires the annual contribution of ten (10) gold pieces per Guild Rank, paid in full to The Guild, and due on the anniversary of this document's signing. These dues fund the guil…
