MASP in São Paulo hosts the first Brazilian exhibition centered on the 1982 documentary TRANS by Venezuelan artists Manuel Herreros de Lemos and Mateo Manaure Arilla. The program pairs the film with a new set of photographs that explore the lives and struggles of trans people and travestis in early-1980s Caracas.
