Season-long outdoor library program across central Seoul (Seoul Plaza, Gwanghwamun Square, and Cheonggyecheon Stream), Apr 23–Nov 1. Hours Fri–Sun: daytime 11:00–18:00; nighttime 16:00–22:00 beginning May (closed July–August). Free admission. A city-wide reading and relaxation experience inviting locals to browse books, linger outdoors, and enjoy public-space literature.
