✌️😐 I'm unmedicated too, the biggest difference maker was trying not to judge myself for not doing stuff. it ended up being easier to get things done when I stopped fearing the torture prison id put myself in if I didn't do something

if you can muster enough force of will to work on something for 5 minutes then you'll either just keep going because of momentum or you'll stop which is ok cause forcing it would probably have resulted in something kind of crap anyway
