Oh, that's an interesting point - I don't necessarily get distracted by lyrics, but I find myself doing something similar by listening to songs I'm already familiar with. If the song is too new and attention-grabbing I find I focus way too much on the music and don't draw LOL

I am assuming, if it's anything like my experience at universities, that you do still have some of your classes at the pretty campus, and the ugly hospital-like buildings are where you go to basically do the hospital prac side of things. I know I'm wildly overthinking this lol but it pays to ask now

2) Try to find a good shot of one of the actual buildings from the real department of medicine there, which seem to all look ass (sorry)
3) Just use a generic building, maybe? (It will have a title card either way)
I feel like if this were a TV show they would just go with 1, but...
