Set went pretty well tonight!

Considering it was different equipment than expected but didn't totally fuck it up in front of my friends, a Bsky mutual and someone I'd just met!

Just found out that phenylephrine hydrochloride, the main decongestant in stuff like Lemsip can actually make heart palpitations and issues worse

Which may explain why I struggled to sleep till 1am last night cause I've had a sinus thing alongside my heart stuff I was trying to help

Took me till maybe just after 1am to finally sleep. I think the bench presses at the gym and the DOMS that came from it exacerbated existing issues
