Okay so was all of what I experienced yesterday the result of severe exhaustion at the aftermath of a bad palpitations attack?

Cause I'm not like 100% but I'm feeling much more cognitively fine after about 9-10'ish hours of sleep

Date cancelled cause we're both under the weather, but on her suggestion of veggies for a curry I'd picked up sun-dried tomatoes and they work really well in a Tikka style sauce

I do wonder if other tomato based curries would fare similar

Thanks! Glad I'm at least not alone, similarly not diagnosed but on beta blockers while I wait on cardiology and friends who have it when I've described symptoms say it's very similar

It's such an odd sensation and it manifests in so many different ways it's hard to keep track of what's what

Did mention to keep an eye on the facial issue and contact if it doesn't improve/gets worse as the sorta muscle discomfort in the cheek could be a sign of an early stage of something like Bells Palsy but still very unlikely
