Oh yeah I forgot we don't have doctors here lol it's actually like a full on crisis, BUT, people say "across town" is too far to travel so ~45 minutes out of town (Belen etc) of ABQ or Santa Fe and that's considered "bumfuck nowhere". but specialists are booked out 1-1.5 years
