A common misinformation tactic used by companies during a union campaign is to assert that a union is a third party that comes in and makes changes. This is not true. The workers are the union.

If you think ANY discussion of firearms on the company slack is grounds for firing - remember that this is the company department that tests the Call of Duty video war games and that hosts such non-work-related Slack channels as Wrestling, Personal Finance, Weightlifting, etc.
