I'm thinking of how going through doors from one room to another can make you forget stuff, or how children can have bedtime rituals to help them calm down and sleep. How a physical thing or repeated habit can mentally signal transition on a subconscious level. Idk, just a thought.

Don't know if it will help, but it may be worth a try to have some sort of physical transition/ritual as a mental demarcation between work time and not-work time. e.g. a specific tea you always drink after work, shoes/clothes/accessory only worn to work then changed, a 'work is done' song, etc.

Gulutzan says Nils Lundkvist will go on IR, will be week-to-week with a lower body injury. Stars aren’t calling anyone up immediately with six healthy defensemen, but obviously they may need to at some point.

There is so little Stars coverage in wider hockey news, that I have to look for Stars specific media. When that is taken away to rehash the same stuff I can get at any hockey outlet, I find it very frustrating and off-putting.
