My coach is awesome. It's these unpredictable panic attacks that are freaking me out. They're almost predictable but not always. I've insisted it has to do with bedtime but yesterday happened mid afternoon and I wasn't prepared.

I don't like losing control of myself like that, and its scary because I don't have to drink to get that way. Things start moving really fast and I can normally turn myself off but I couldn't yesterday. Sorry if I upset anyone.

I talked to my coach about my panic episode yesterday, and she said "told you so" about them not being attached to sundown and nighttime. I dont like them because I kinda lose my awareness during and feel physically ill after they're over. I just want them to stop. Like completely.
