Wonderful experience to present my poster on how biomes structure global biodiversity at #TIBS2026 this week in #Aarhus! I had great discussions with a group of creative #Biogeography researchers. Thanks for all that reach out and exchange ideas. See you in #Beijing in 2028!
Thanks @tibsaarhus2026.bsky.social @biogeography.bsky.social & team for the fantastic conference #tibs2026 ‼️

Great science, friends & colleagues & food. Well done!

Also always great to see #sDiv @idiv-research.bsky.social alumni😍

A wonderful #TIBS2026 @tibsaarhus2026.bsky.social conference has ended. Thanks to the @au.dk team for organizing! And thanks to our @globalchangeeco.bsky.social team for the great company! We now look forward to #TIBS2028 im Beijing!
Just presented at #TIBS2026! On the first day of the conference, I gave a talk on #camtrapReport, an R package I developed to automate camera-trap data reporting for wildlife monitoring, turning raw detections into standardized ecological insights and outputs.

Had a great time at #TIBS2026 conference. And appreciative for the award. I wish I took a more serious photo with my poster :( you can't see my themed outfit too.. I was a clown trigger-fish
I enjoyed #TIBS2026 so much!!!
Really enjoyed the #TIBS2026 conference - lots of new ideas and great talks.

Want to give props to @tibsaarhus2026.bsky.social organizers and the catering team for delicious, mostly vegan, and plenty of food. I've had mixed experiences with conference food but this really raised the standard!!
Congratulations to our @esme-ashe.bsky.social for winning one of the @biogeography.bsky.social poster award at #TIBS2026. Well deserved! 🎉

The news is finally here—#TIBS2028 will be held in #China! can't wait to head to #Beijing and reconnect with my #biogeography friends in tow years. So excited to this conference!

Once again, I am facing an exciting dilemma of where to go during the final day of #TIBS2026 How to choose between these thrilling parallel sessions:
✔️ Extinction
✔️ Climate change and boreal regions
✔️ Spatio-temporal modelling
✔️ Biomes, mapping, and macroecology
✔️ Aquatic distributions!

Humans often go overlooked in #Biogeography, yet Michael Gavin sheds light on their crucial role during the bicultural symposia at #TIBS2026. He also demonstrates how leveraging #biogeography on a macroscopic scale can help predict patterns of language diversity.
I was unable to make it for the #TIBS2026 meeting but sending here greetings and Happy New year to all the good friends and colleagues that are know enjoying the conference in Aarhus
