#health I just sent possibly the most pissed off message I've ever sent a doctor's office. Not mean, but clearly angry. Normally you can at least get SD Nice(tm) out of me, but I haven't gotten a call/message back despite trying for over a month. I love this doctor, but this is bullshit.

Yep! Chickpeas (this was an extra large can because that's what was on the shelf), black beans, 2 cucumbers, artichoke hearts, something involving onions, and feta. Or change it up to what you love!
