Yep! Chickpeas (this was an extra large can because that's what was on the shelf), black beans, 2 cucumbers, artichoke hearts, something involving onions, and feta. Or change it up to what you love!

#food but in better news, I had a burst of energy after work and made a salad that will last me days! I'm experimenting with the one I did the other day. Today we added mirepoix to avoid chopping onions/get more color in. (Not pictured in the bowl: feta and the last step, ranch.)

A big red bowl with mirepoix, artichoke hearts, black beans, chickpeas, and chopped cucumbers dumped around the edge so things haven't started mixing yet.

#health #surgery I'm putting together my meds for the next week and it's unfun - I have to go off one of my painkillers and my stimulant for a week before the surgery.

Next week is gonna SUCK. I'm gonna have to go to bed soooo early so I don't pass out cold at my desk. And also, ouch.
